What is SMSJOCK.COM

SMSJOCK.COM is a service of FEEDTEXT INC. that enables a brand owner to interact with its consumers via text messaging. A consumer can send messages, send inquiries, join a poll, a contest, get alerts and register his nickname.

What is a KEYWORD?

A KEYWORD is usually the brand name or code. Ex. GAP, COKE, NIKE, FORD, etc.

How can I create additional users for my brand managers/account managers?

Only the account administrator or the one who signed up with SMSJOCK can create users. To create users, the administrator should login to his account and click on the users tab.
Note: download the manual by clicking the tutorials button while logged on.

What type of messages can be received through SMSJock?

They may receive promo alerts, events, announcements and special discounts.

Who manages the Alerts to be delivered to the consumers?
The brand manager/brand manager’s team or the brand owner may be the one creating announcements and alerts to be sent to their target market.

How can I get information on the product/service?
You can get information about the brand’s product/service by sending the following text message: <BRAND NAME> INFO to 75712 Ex. Text this message: GAP INFO send to 75712

How can I send a message to the brand owner regarding their products and services?
You can send a message to the brand owner regarding their products and services by sending the following text messages: <BRAND NAME> <MESSAGE> to 75712 Ex. Text this message: GAP I LIKE THE NEW DENIM LOW CUT JEANS Send to 75712

How many alerts/announcements can I send in a day?
You can only send 1 alert/announcement per day. Other alerts/announcements will be on queue status.

I sent a message but I do not know if it is received or not. What should I do?
All messages sent to the brand owner/brand manager are routed to the brand owner/brand manager account. A reply will be sent to you as a confirmation that the messages have been received.

How can I register my nickname?
Registering your nickname is recommended so that the radio station can identify you and can greet and mention your name on air. You can register your nickname by texting NICK <alias> to 75712.

How much are the fee’s for the service?
